Breaking Barriers Field Notebook

Our Breaking Barriers Field Notebook is designed for easy, portable use on expedition, and includes our custom "Breaking Barriers" wordmark, designed in collaboration with Breaking Barriers, The Explorers Club's Women's Committee.

These notebooks are made with 30 sheets -- 60 pages -- of ruled, recycled white paper, and are stitch bound, providing extra durability and ensuring long-lasting use while traveling. Tucks away easily for storage in desk drawers, purses, rucksacks, or Land Rover glove compartments! Size is 7" x 5" x 1/8".

In 2021, The Explorers Club embarked on a year-long celebration to honor forty years of women being members of the club. From an initial class of 16 pathfinding women in 1981 to well over 800 intrepid members today, women are making their mark in the exploration field like never before. This new generation of women explorers reminds us that, despite the bumpy and circuitous path to gender equality in field science, women's journeys to discovery are full of possibilities.
