Where is my package? To track your package, please refer to your original order confirmation email and click "view your order" to track your shipment's status.
When will my package be shipped? Both domestic and international orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Following this, shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your package is on its way.
Can I return an item? You can return unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items for a full refund within 21 days of receipt. Learn more about our returns and exchanges process here.
When will my Journal issue be shipped? Our publication, The Explorers Journal, is shipped quarterly. For subscription and shipment information, click here.
What is my Explorers Club Member passcode? If you have any member requests, such as password assistance or profile updates, please reach out to membership@explorers.org.
