  • Where is my package? To track your package, please refer to your original order confirmation email and click "view your order" to track your shipment's status.
  • When will my package be shipped? Both domestic and international orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Following this, shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your package is on its way.
  • Can I return an item? You can return unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items for a full refund within 21 days of receipt. Learn more about our returns and exchanges process here
  • When will my Journal issue be shipped? Our publication, The Explorers Journal, is shipped quarterly. For subscription and shipment information, click here.
  • What is my Explorers Club Member passcode? If you have any member requests, such as password assistance or profile updates, please reach out to membership@explorers.org. You may also reach out to store@explorers.org and we will point you in the right direction for assistance.
  • Who can help me with with events or tickets? For questions about your tickets, an event, or visiting The Explorers Club, please email reservations@explorers.org.
