The Expedition Cabana is a tribute to Explorers Club nautical exploration, crafted from organic cotton terry cloth with an embroidered grid of longitude and latitude lines. On the lower back, ‘THE EXPLORERS CLUB’ sits above a row of international flags, while an embroidered ship sails across the grid, leaving behind an archipelago—two islands subtly forming ‘EC.’ Nautical details abound, from the square-rigged sail pocket with an embroidered mast and flag to the edge-embroidered collar, cuffs, and pocket. Bamboo toggle closures and a custom interior contract label complete this adventure-ready design.

SIZING
Colin is 5' 11" with a 32" waist. He is shown wearing a size M. He is also shown wearing our 'The Explorers Club' 6-Panel Souvenir Cap (Wool). This cabana has a unisex sizing gradient. For men, fit is true to size. For women, order one size down: e.g., if you typically wear a M, order a size S Tombolo. The two-way zipper allows you to open the bottom sweep so that it is not as constricting on the hips. A sizing chart is available in the product images.
STYLING IDEAS
Wear this cabana shirt zipped up or unzipped over a beige or white tank top.
For women, this cabana shirt makes a great beach cover up over a bathing suit. It also looks great open over a tank top with khaki or linen shorts.
CARE & COMPOSITION
100% organic cotton terry, carefully engineered to ensure lightweight comfort, breathability and ease of care. This fabric is "French Terry" -- the exterior has the terry loops like a towel, and the interior is smooth and flat. Organic terry cloth cotton uses less water than conventional cotton and no chemicals that can harm the environment and workers. Machine wash cold, and hang dry or tumble dry low. While we preshrink all of our fabric, cotton knit still has a tendency to shrink a small degree (~1-4%) on the first wash. To minimize shrinkage, avoid high heat dryers.
